Here in the Philippines, we celebrate Father's Day on the third Sunday of June, and today June 17, 2012 is Father's Day! To all the Father's out there, Happy Dad's Day!
I don't know why but I think I can count on my hand the number of times I told my Dad that I love him face to face. I Love my Dad very much but I can't or don't tell him much that I love him. Maybe, it's too mushy for moi? I'm not such a hugger or way too sweet on my family. I just show them that I care for them like cooking or taking care of them -- chimay in other words!
So, on this very special day I would say it here, Papa, I Love You! :) I don't know why it is so hard to say it but I really, really do love you a lot. Thank you for taking care of us. You are the number one guy in my heart and would always be! Please stop smoking! It's bad for your health! :)
Aside from my Dad, to my uncle's who has been a surrogate Father to me and my siblings, Thank You for loving and taking care of us. Happy Father's Day!
