RED MOnth

What's the first thing that you would think of when the word February is uttered? Me, I think of red! Because when February comes, malls would be decked in red! Why is that? Well, Chinese New year would usually be celebrated on February (but this year it was celebrated last January 23rd) and Valentine's Day is the most famous day on February. Love is in the air, radios would play mushy songs and prices of flowers would be high! :)

To tell you the truth, I don't like the month of February, it's not because of Valentines day -- it's just that February is my birth month! And it only makes me remember that I'm not as young as I think I am! :)

When I was young I would always think that my aunts are way too queer to worry about age and not tell people how old they are. It's just number after all! BUT now, I understand perfectly how they felt! And this year I don't want to celebrate my birthday.. I am way too weird huh?!?

Must see Movie : THE VOW

This coming February there's this movie that I'm really looking forward to watch with my siblings.

The Vow is about a couple's relationship (who had been married for five years), put to a test when a car accident seriously injures Paige (Rachel McAdams) and places her in a coma. When she wakes up with severe memory loss, her husband Leo (Channing Tatum) works to win her heart again. However, despite his efforts to make his wife fall in love with him again, Paige doesn't recover her feelings for him. Leo's family and friends advise him to let go and move on with his life.

During an interview on Live! with Kelly, McAdams revealed that the film is based on a real life couple, Kim and Krickitt Carpenter. The wife, Krickitt, never regained her memory, but the couple are still married and have two children.
