How to Beat SUMMER HEAT (Heat Stroke)

We’ve been feeling the scourging heat from the sun these past few days.
The heat is so intolerable sometimes that you would just have to go to the mall to unwind and get out of the house. One would wish that there would be rain, but sadly rain is scarce. Maybe this is the beginning of the so called “Global Warming”. (Global Warming is an increase in the average temperature of the earth's atmosphere, especially a sustained increase sufficient to cause climatic change).
 Due to the increase temperature we are having, one might have heat stroke. Heat stroke happens when the body encounters excessively high temperatures that it is not used to managing. It occurs at body temperatures that are very high, but usually less than 40 degrees Celsius, or 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Heat exhaustion or heat stroke may particularly heat organs, particularly the central nervous system.

Heat exhaustion patients may have complaints like headache, nausea, confusion or hallucinations.

 Heat strokes can be prevented if treated early and aggressively. Learning about the symptoms and preventive care can help you help someone else.

For us poor people this is what we can do to prevent heat stroke:

peepz just drink lots of water, don’t overdo exercising and go to a cool place, go to the mall or beach for a family outing ^_^

If I’m rich and have lots of money to burn I’ll go to Korea J they still have snow J

 But if you're not feeling well go to the nearest emergency room or do this:

Use fan to lower temperature,
apply cold compress,
give fluids,elevate feet,
leave the person lie down,
let the person rest
